Compassion, the act of recognizing and working to reduce the harmful impact of challenges faced by others and ourselves, is what meaningful inclusion is all about. In today's globally connected world it is essential for leading productive, contented and enjoyable lives. The ability to empathize with others who are different and use that understanding in altruistic ways that benefit all of us has become a critical competency in the workplace. That is why we have a butterfly, a traditional symbol for compassion and a caring spirit in the Americas and West Africa,
as the center of our logo.
